The following are a few projects highlighting the results LT delivers to our clients:
  • A real estate and property management company with several hundred locations across the US exclusively utilized Lincoln Tyler’s outsourced recruiting services. LT worked directly with onsite property management to source, recruit and hire positions such as property managers, lease agents, administrators, maintenance workers and grounds keepers. Using our staffing processes, the client reduced the time to fill open positions from over 90 days to within 30 days (which included 15 days for background check and drug screen processing). The impact to the organization also included the ability to fill positions that had been open for long periods of time which affected the property’s reputation.
  • A national industrial distribution company charged with growing their field sales force utilized LT as their exclusive recruiting company. The client’s goal was to increase their field sales force from 180 to 250 reps over the course of 6 months. In the first 90-day period, LT sourced, recruited and presented over 200 qualified individuals in markets throughout the US that met the client’s criteria. The client hired 40 candidates and is well on their way to achieving their staffing goals.
  • A Fortune 100 paint and coatings company utilizes Lincoln Tyler to source sales representative candidates in markets across the US. After receiving information detailing the geography and specific candidate qualifications, LT will source, contact and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager within 3-5 business days.
  • Lincoln Tyler was hired to provide a team of qualified contractors to implement a new warehouse management system for a large distribution center in Dallas, TX. During this implementation project, we realized that the temporary labor workforce who was hired to perform warehouse duties was not able to perform the essential work functions. Over the next 3 weeks, LT staffed and replaced the entire warehouse workforce utilizing our recruiting and interviewing processes. We worked with the management team to conduct training and, in less than one month, stabilized the warehouse labor force so that, for the first time since the warehouse was open, the staff was able to meet the strict delivery deadlines.
  • Lincoln Tyler placed 130 temporary workers for a national tax preparation company within 30 days of receiving the assignment. These positions were geographically separated into 15 regions throughout the United States. Our ability to source, screen, recruit, interview, appoint field managers and staff the assignment, even in remote locations, enabled the client to meet the seasonal demands of the workload. The client also enjoyed a 30% increase in the amount of sales generated by our temporary workers versus workers already in place because LT was able to provide a higher skilled and trained worker, thereby greatly reducing turnover and training costs.
  • Lincoln Tyler is the preferred contingent workforce provider for a Cleveland-based global manufacturer of fluid systems components. The position requirements include highly skilled machine operators, precision grinders and engineer/CAD technicians. These types of positions are in high demand throughout the area, and, through the selection and recruitment processes used by Lincoln Tyler, we are able to provide this client with up to 50 of these workers at a time, within a 3-week time frame. Included in this client’s contract is the ability to replace these workers within 24 hours, and our ability to recruit and provide a backup skilled workforce sets Lincoln Tyler apart from other recruiting companies.
  • Lincoln Tyler has a strong relationship with a nationally-recognized leader in the private Airline Travel industry. This client has grown from a startup organization to over 1,600 employees in eight years, and Lincoln Tyler has been an integral part of that growth. We have placed executive and management level professionals in the client’s Finance, Human Resources, IT, Operations and Training departments. In addition, we have filled a large number of their customer service positions with well-qualified candidates–many of whom have received promotions within the company.
