Once Lincoln Tyler understands a client’s expectations for a position, our team will employ a multi-faceted strategy to find possible candidates. We vigorously identify and separate out only the candidates that have distinguished themselves from their peers. Our recruiters pride themselves on finding well-qualified candidates for “hard-to-fill” jobs. We will not inundate the client with average candidate after average candidate with the hope that one of these individuals will land the assignment. We believe your time is too valuable to waste on this. We will work with you to modify our formal search process to fit your time, reporting, and communication requirements and constraints. The principals of Lincoln Tyler have dedicated their careers to the executive and technical search industry. We have established partnerships from the east to west coasts. Senior staff members have ten to twenty years in the industry and Staff Associates average six years in search consulting.

Dedicated Staffing Associates direct the activities on assigned accounts, under the supervision of senior level staff. Staffing Associates are responsible for the smooth progress of the full search cycle; facilitating all interactions between our clients and candidates under consideration. The Staffing Associates role is to certify the candidate qualification process, prepare client presentations, logistically manage the interview scheduling process and any associated travel needs, conduct all needed background and reference checks, assist in the offer negotiation and acceptance processes, and provide position transition assistance. Staffing Associates are fully trained in each of these roles and are periodically evaluated on their performance.
Lincoln Tyler recognizes the necessity of providing timely and informative feedback and progress updates to our clients. We work with our clients to design a bidirectional communication structure that assimilates with your operational needs. Other metrics are considered in assessing the quality of our services. Placement cycle durations, candidate presentation and interview ratios, and search requisition volumes are all analyzed in our continuous improvement efforts.
